Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day return window. This means you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition — unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging and box. We will inspect the returned item upon arrival in our returns department to ensure it is in "as new" condition. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee.
Important: If you decide you no longer want the product (change of mind), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not provide a prepaid return label for change-of-mind returns.
To start a return, please contact us at arnauortiiiiz+NostalGlow@gmail.com. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and further instructions. Returns will not be accepted unless you have contacted us first and received approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at arnauortiiiiz+NostalGlow@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it quickly (this may include a free return or replacement).
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Personal care items (beauty, hygiene, or health products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items (discounted or promotional products) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of the above policy, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. In this case, the same conditions apply: the item must be unused, in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
